    Pure. Returns null when there is nothing trustworthy to derive from.
  - hashAnchor
```
 final static String hashAnchor(String value, String salt)
```
    Hash any anchor with the tenant salt. Same treatment as the SSAID: the raw value never leaves the device and the result is scoped to one tenant. Returns null for anything empty so an absent anchor stays absent.
