        Rung 3 id: sha256 over the STABLE components only, salted per tenant exactly like every other identifier the SDK emits, so one operator's profiles are meaningless to another.

        Absent components are written as a fixed marker rather than skipped. Skipping would make a device whose camera read failed once hash differently from the same device a second later, which is the drift problem again.

        Returns null when too little was readable to be worth anything, because a profile built from two fields would collide with half the market and then be indistinguishable from a real match.
