        Parameters:
        mapsContent - contents of /proc/self/maps, or empty if unreadable
        presentPaths - which of HOOK_PATHS exist
        loadableClasses - which of HOOK_CLASSES resolved via Class.
        fridaPortOpen - whether FRIDA_DEFAULT_PORT accepted a local connection, or null if not probed
